If your Buddy Pet is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will correct the error at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with your product for any other reason, you can return it for a full refund, less the cost of shipping the product back to us. You must notify us within 30 days of your intent to return the item to be eligible for a refund. You then have an additional 15 days to return the item to us to remain eligible. Once we receive the item back, we will process the refund. You can notify us emailing us at [email protected]
Please include your contact information, pet’s name and order number, if known, in your message. There are no refunds for the following items:
- All Pet Prints Products
- Gift Card
- Rush Fees
If you are returning an order purchased wholly or in part with a gift card, the amount of the purchase made on the gift card will be refunded to the gift card.
If you decide you no longer want to proceed with your order following purchase you can cancel within 24 hours of the time of transaction, so long as we have not started work on your design. If you email us beyond the 24 hours point, there is a very high chance that we have already done work on your design. Please note that there are photo selection guidelines on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to upload a clear photo in line with our guidelines. If your photo is poor quality, we will contact you to request a higher quality photo. Please note that if we do not receive a higher quality photo within 24 hours of requesting, we will do the best job we can with the uploaded photo(s). This is necessary to maintain our workflow.
